At Fresqon Agro, we ensure that allAgro products are carefully inspected, packed, and shipped in accordance with international export standards. As our products are bulk, organic, and subject to international logistics, we maintain a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.
General Policy
All sales are final. Returns and refunds are only considered in cases of significant product damage or incorrect shipment, as verified by our team.
Claims must be submitted in writing within 3 days of delivery, along with supporting evidence.
Eligibility for Claims
Products must be unused and remain in original, sealed packaging.
Claims must be supported with clear photographs, delivery receipt notes, and batch details.
Minor variations in color, texture, or moisture content due to the natural nature of coco pith do not qualify as defects.
Refunds & Replacements
Approved claims may be addressed through partial refunds, credit notes, or replacement of goods, at the sole discretion of Fresqon Agro.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 business days.
Liability
Fresqon Agro is not liable for delays, damages, or loss caused during transit once goods are handed over to the shipping agent or customs.
